The app has poor UX. There's no verification for a credit card payment, no notification, no email. The lack of a success state made me question if the payment went through. when I checked the following business day, the payment had still not gone through. So I made a payment through the web browser, which registered had immediate feedback that a payment was placed. This looked like two payments, which drew from my account twice, but placed only one payment on my card. A success state is needed.

Worst app ever. Won't even let me log in and the phone number it gives for help isn't even the right number. They don't have any way to transfer a call from one division to another(1980s technology) and force you to call their terrible main line and go through the automation while their terrible helpers pawn you off and try as hard as they can not to help. I've called 3 different times and still can't log in this is unacceptable. Before adding biometrics they should have madesurebasicloginworked

Worthless! Forced to use this app but it won't allow me past the login page. Circle of death, then after a minute it times out back to the login page to repeat the process endlessly. Or gives an error message that credentials are wrong JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Why haven't they fixed this critical bug --on a required app-- after so many members complained for over a year!?
