Ratings and reviews

At a bare minimum, this app should support digital membership cards and allow purchasing of tickets as a member. As it is now, it's a clunky map that directs you to a web site for pretty much everything else. Also, they show you animal locations on a map, but don't say the name of the building/exhibit. Very disappointing.

Navigating the zoo and planning my trip was a blast on this app. The ability to track where you are and see if exhibits are open makes planning convenient, plus it tells you about special events and other activities to enjoy at Brookfield Zoo. Looking forward to my next trip!

Made it 100% easier to figure out what animals talks or paid activities we could do based on the time we got at the zoo. love it so far. I wish a map was easier to find but there are plenty at the zoo.
