Very happy with the vast improvements made to the app as well as the experiences of local institutions whenever I'm in town. The app itself is (now) very user friendly, very involved, engaging and I'm thrilled to keep track of things like credit monitoring, balances on credit accounts as well as suggestions on what card(s) and accounts Addition offers that's tailored based on my overall credit profile. Very impressed compared to what it used to be.

The Addition Financial app does everything I need it to do. It's easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. It could be updated though, to allow switching from account to account without having to log out and back in. I have multiple accounts with Addition and have to log in and out constantly. Other than that inconvenience, it's a real Plus.

This app has always felt like an unfinished web wrapper. I thought it would get better, but it keeps getting worse. I can now no longer log in with a fingerprint... It just spins and spins and spins and spins.... Logging in manually seems to work but it's still a very poor app and really needs to modernize like most other banking apps. I've been a member for like 25 years... Please don't make me leave.
