CMRL app is a dedicated application to provide you with a comfortable journey experience every time you use the metro rail service. The precise information and creative infographics help you grasp details at the go during or before travel. For quicker access on CMRL app data, an option of customizing the menus is made available, to sort out the menu module as per user convenience.

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't show when would the train reach at the destination. Doesn't really serve the purpose, especially when you have to interchange. There might be considerable waiting time reqd at the interchange given that the frequency of the trains in the early hours of the day is very less! Better add ETA as well, otherwise it's useless!

Trash. Consecutively, they took payment twice but didn't give me any ticket. You'll be redirected to the UPI app, or if you manually add the UPI ID, then go to the particular app and pay. After payment, if you come back, your screen will be automatically refreshed to reset. I paid again, and the same thing happened consecutively. It's better to wait in the queue and buy a ticket with two rupees extra rather than waste 8 rupees for nothing.

This app has a two payment platform, both are down when making payments are done through upi. amount debited but not credited back after few days. Most of the time, the balance is not updated in svp. still there is no update in balance, worst payment platform ever.
