Ratings and reviews

The app is ok but the main thing I use it for is depositing checks. The camera in the app needs bright light to capture the check which is challenging with a regular bright room light. The camera (phone) tends to cast a shadow over the check. Would be awesome if the app added access to my camera's flash to get the lighting right. It usually takes several tries to get the app's camera to accept picture, sometimes it won't accept a picture no matter how many times I try.

Good overall, being able to deposit checks through the app is convenient and transfers and payments are easy. I would like to see more development in Alerts though, e.g. to get an alert any time any transaction occurs vs only for VISA purchases. If money is being taken out of my account I want an alert regardless of how it is being withdrawn, not just for POS purchases.

This app hasn't worked right since Nov/Dec 2021. So annoying to never be able to log in....except on the rare occasion after uninstalling and reinstalling (that's not even a guarantee). The app may as well just not exist at all. How long does it take to fix this when ppl have been commenting for months! We've been more than patient. Does make you think about changing banks. Especially this day in age....no mobile access... come on, get it together please!
