Love the zoo. Hate this app. When trying to pull up your Membership Card for parking the home screen is cluttered nagging mess. I'm a zoo regular. I don't need a map or event schedule. I need to park and get through the gate while corralling three small kids. They need to allow membership cards to be added to Google wallet or dump the ads and have your membership card barcode as the first thing that appears when you open the app

The app is helpful for finding specific animals. Would be great if there was a way to make a route to see certain animals/areas in order instead of having to walk across the park if you miss one of the animals you wanted to see.

We absolutely love our columbus zoo. I do my best to get a membership every year. Always a good time and very friendly staff. Although I don't really agree with selling alcoholic beverages in a place for families with kids. They can drink but I can't smoke but thays just my opinion and won't stop me from going.
