Terrible. The old app was great, simple and very easy to use. The new one seems cluttered, used to be able to simply transfer payment of any amout to loans, now there are multiple steps and if you want to make partial payments it wont let you. And when trying to type the keyboard covers everything. Not impressed.

Old app was better. I can appreciate the new one for some of its features and more displayed information, but it feels cluttered. Plus I've had to reverify myself twice now just trying to log in. Want to transfer money? How about I make it a difficult process by making you scroll around, not able to click or unlock accounts easily, and literally hunt for the button to actually process the transfer. All I'm saying is the app is fine, it works, but it is in no way as convenient as the previous app

The app functions adaquately. However, when transferring funds to another account I got confirmation yet no money was transferred. After 10 or 15 minute wait I talked to a support person. He was not real knowledgeable as I gave him the confirmation number he claimed I must not have gone all the way. He transferred the money for me. I just hope this glitch does not carry over to bill pay. Bill pay is another issue. What moron would program for only 5 or 10 payees at a time to come up. When I pay bills I need to see all of them.
