App will sign you out. Every time it'll set it up as first time user and sync your progress. Lately, it's been acting up and not letting you sign in. Another issue is that it won't save your progress immediately and have to take individual topics in the course module over and over again. This will happen if you leave your phone unattended while taking a break. When you hit resume, it takes you back to topics despite completing them already. Currently taking CEN reviewer course modules.

It needs updating. I might as well just read a text book. It's not user friendly, constantly gliching. Have had to uninstall and reinstall app twice. It's overpriced for what you get. I regret purchasing this as my study guide. I will be doing a different program to help me prepare for the CEN.

I lost my CEN review class with an app update yesterday. 1st, it let me finish the pretest questions, but then it wouldn't give me a score and said I was onyl 45% done with the pretest when I had answered all 155 questions. Then, the app updated. After the update, it took several hours for me just to get the app to work again, and when it did open for me, I lost the entire paid for course. Hopefully, IT can fix it so I don't have to pay for it again.
