About this game

Between the monster attacks and the magic theory essays, your sophomore year at Magi Academy is shaping up to be a killer.

Keeper of Day and Night is a 390,000 word interactive urban fantasy novel by Brynn Chernosky, where your choices control the story. It’s entirely text-based—without graphics or sound effects—and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination.

A newly declared keeper, you realize life hasn’t changed much when you’re attacked by werewolves over the summer. With the aftermath of a demon attack to deal with, the kidnapping of a girl who isn’t supposed to exist, and more magic theory homework than ever, your sophomore year at Magi Academy is shaping up to be a killer. Hopefully not literally.

An amazing and wonderfully crafted sequel. I don't understand the criticism that it falls off in quality after the free part - if anything, it gets better! I will admit, it's quite heavy on political exposition, and I was worried I'd find those parts boring, but the rising political tensions were really exciting! The characters are so real and lovable, theres a lot of fun to be had here. I've only played once but the replay value seems high! Cannot wait for the final installment.

Honestly.. it felt like a let me copy your English homework but word it differently scenario. All events are pretty much the same. No uniqueness to differentiate the story from the last one besides adding a few new characters and a terrorist group that you don't have any run-ins until the last chapter and the epilogue. Could have been better. Wasn't bad but wasn't better than the last one...

The game was truly amazing! A sequel that truly shines bright if not outshines it's predecessor. The atmosphere rage and story twists are just on a whole different character. I've ever been so deeply connected with a few characters max Claufield and now my own formed character Dante St.Claire! The story really grips you and I can only wait in anticipation to see how the final installment of the story ends.
