About this game

Take your place at the head of a noble house in a kingdom on the verge of ruin. Seek your fortune as a politician, industrialist, rabble-rouser, or conspirator to bring wealth and power to your family – or to save the realm from itself. The choice is yours in the long-awaited sequel to 2016’s Guns of Infinity.

"Lords of Infinity" is an immense 1.6-million-word interactive novel by Paul Wang, author of "Sabres of Infinity," "Guns of Infinity," "Mecha Ace," and "The Hero of Kendrickstone." It's entirely text-based—without graphics or sound effects—and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination.

Will you use corruption and intrigue to secure your position amongst the aristocracy, or use the power in your hands to protect those weaker than you? Will you stand for the old ways? Or blaze a trail to an uncertain future. Will you take advantage of an age of disorder to enrich yourself, or risk everything to create a better world? Will history remember you as a paragon? A hero? An opportunist? Or a traitor?

This is one of the best Choice of Games games out there. It has so much high quality, engaging, and riveting content that it's amazing. However, it doesn't do near enough to give you the information you need to actually see and appreciate a lot of that content. It is also frustrating that the games balance has an accumulating shift over sequels that makes premade characters superior to imported ones. Some of the things premade ones have done are impossible for imported characters.

I loved Sabers and Guns of Infinity because no matter what your shortcomings were as a player or a character, the game had ways to make it feel like you were still progressing in a positive direction. This game has made me feel as if the way I would like to play the game is incompatible with the only reasonable way for my character to play based on the previous choices I've made in the series. I love this game and this series, but it is so frustrating.

Hello! I bought this game on Steam but have played through the other two entries in the series on mobile. I write my review here for the sake of visibility. For a short, unspoiled critique: This game is worth every dollar spent in its purchase, if not tenfold more, and if that were to be the case, I would still pay the price happily. I mean that with no exaggeration. This is easily one of the most best-value games you can get. I cannot recommend it more highly and could not ask for more.

What’s new

Fixed a bug (for real, this time) where the app could lose progress when the app goes into the background. If you enjoy "Lords of Infinity", please leave us a written review. It really helps!
