Ratings and reviews

This is a easy app to use. Haven't had any issues, simple to read each transaction and I can keep up with all transactions. This is a great mobile app, don't know what I would do without it. Thanks NCCFCU!

Have had nothing but issues with this account since I opened it. To which I'm told is my fault, or the fault of a loans automatic payment. The app often won't update balance, pending amount is not accurate, bank holds automatic payments causing unnecessary fees then blames it on the other bank for not withdrawing the money that was requested, when asked about making a 1 time large withdraw for a car was told to get out cash . Currently switching banks.

So much incredible better! Had this feature with a prior bank and absolutely loved it, then for some crazy reason they took it away.
