Ratings and reviews

Don't get be wrong, I like the content and have even binged watched shows like "How far she'll go". But Univer is UNBEARABLY slow and it's SO difficult to find English shows and when I do find something interesting I think the video is in English because of the caption is also ONLY to find it it's all in Portuguese. Also, videos don't load on my phone and I have to re-open the app a million times (or even re-install)to work. And on laptop ver you can't even scroll, you have to search for shows.

I love love love the content. However, there are a few issues with the app. It randomly logs me out, shows the login button, and does not let me log in. Some content is simply not available even though it shows up as available through the service. (That might be because of where I live. I'll have to try a VPN.) Some content is natively available in many languages, but the app/service only offers it in one. Just trying to be helpful and provide feedback that could help improve the app/service!

Great content, but the app is terrible! It's impossible to watch some meetings and documentaries, it doesn't continue videos that I was watching (and I have to start all again or remember where I've stopped) There are many "errors". All the time I have to uninstall the app but the errors are still there. Please, fix it!
