Between constant login errors and the inability to quickly view my accounts, I haven't been enjoying this app at all. EDIT: The older VyStar app had a handy feature that allowed you to quickly view your accounts without having to log in. This new app doesn't have that feature, so you have to log in to view. That would be fine, if the app didn't constantly throw back a STRING error on a repeated basis.

More issues with the app yet again. Can't toggle/adjust notifications settings in app info settings (not talking about settings within the app interface). And crazy bug with the login feature: for some reason it's putting " ***** " in with saved usernames, so when you go to login with fingerprint, it says your username/account doesn't exist, etc and then you have to re-enter/type in your login info so it doesn't have the " **** ". Too many bugs with this app!!!!! FIX PLEASE!!! Thanks.

Are you not receiving the electronic alerts? The asterisks are there for security. You can uncheck to remove the saved username if you wish to. If you select to remove the saved username you can log in by manually entering your information and select to use the fingerprint feature. Please reach out this does not solve what you are experiencing.

Apparently the credit card part of this app is only made for tablets or very large screens. I am using a Samsung Note 10+ which I consider to be a pretty big phone, but for some reason, if I want to use a device to make payments, I must use a tablet, otherwise the text is jumbled on top of other text. It has been this way for over 2 years so doubt it will be fixed any time soon. ...Hope you have better luck with it than I've had. :-)

We recommend clearing the cookies and the cache on the device that you are using. Do you have the most recent update for the app and device? If this does not resolve what you are experiencing please let us know, so we can work on a solution.
