If you are a Prepaid customer you can:

• Check your Balance: Find out how much balance you have available and when it expires.
• Top up online: If you want to top up your balance, with Mi Tigo you can do it easily and safely. In addition, you can scan the code of your prepaid cards to apply the Easy Recharge. Do not run out of balance!
• Check Consumption: Check your data consumption, minutes and SMS, whenever you want.
• Buy Packages: Stay connected with yours, make the purchase of your data packages with your available balance or credit card.

If you are a Postpaid customer you can:

• Support: Report damage, change a technical visit, transfer your services by moving.

brings up ads in the middle of trying to refill your saldo, or air time. send you lots of extra messages granted they do not cost you anything but they do take up inbox space and your time. tries to upsell you on everything while their service is genuinely good their app is not great it's pretty much the bare minimum you would expect.

I've had this app for a little over a month and the only issue was translating from Spanish to English. Which is that big of a problem if you can use Google Translator. I've paid my monthly bill by credit card via the app. The two issues I continue to have is finding a voicemail app so I do not have to continue to dial *86 and being able to translate voicemail messages from one language to another, because Google translator does not work. So Tigo add a capability for visual voicemail.

Only available in Spanish, and many of the items don't work correctly. The dates on my bill are always incorrect and the choice to be notified when your bill is due has never worked. Even though they call themselves a new company, they have done nothing to improve the app which was always terrible when it was movistar.
