Terrible, inconsistent connectivity. Often on payment screen, with proper credit card credentials stored, will not accept payment (again connectivity). This occurs on Android and on that other mobile platform so it's not my phone. Also this occurs throughout the municipality. Over full bars LTE or 5G. Has been this way for more than a year. I keep trying, but every day must head to the meter in meatspace and whip out the plastic. Where, of course, payment goes through.

Definitely hard to use. You need to receive by e-mail or text a 6 digit pin number, then enter it in the app, then enter your access code twice, then the zone number, and then the space number. Finally, you get a choice of parking for 5 minutes or 2 hours, I couldn't figure out how to park for a half hour. Imagine trying to do this while it's raining. Don't waste your money, just carry around a roll of quarters.

Generally effective and convenient for parking in the area. I recently found out that if a meter you're parking at doesn't have enough power, you can't use the app and still need to pay with coins or card, but this only happened once.
