The big idea behind the app is great, but so far, I've booked 1 job, and I had a bad experience. 😕 I'd wanted to leave a thorough review, but the Goodwork app won't let me. Writing my review within the app is verrry difficult! I couldn't see what I was typing, the whole box was covered by the keyboard. There also wasn't a help section in the app. Maybe they actually DON'T want us to give an honest review? 😕

NOT RECOMMENDED. Terrible service. Booked one week earlier. Waited for more than an hour for our schedule. No one arrived. We were told that the assigned person changed. We were not informed and the replacement service provider did not arrive. Very difficult to contact customer service also. They only have facebook messenger and no available hotlines. They respond very very slowly.

App keeps on logging me out. Login is super slooow. Also, it's weird that it asks you how many people will receive the service (massage) but does not ask how many therapists you need. The Pro it assigned to me had to ask me to cancel because the app assigned me just 1 therapist for 2 people. So I had to rebook again. Now I cant log back in. Fix the app please!
