Thank you for fixing the app! 08.07.2024 Please modify your app since it keeps on crashing everytime I log in. It says, your app has detected an untrusted connection, for your protection, please switch network, close & reopen the app. But it doesn't work at all! I have been uninstalling & reinstalling & switching networks too but it keeos on crashing! Please, please, repair your app.

App is kinda okay. But it's too slow when it comes to verification, specifically facial recognition. It's taking too much time for the verification itself even when there is a disclaimer saying that if the picture is clear, the process of APIR verification maybe faster. I'll just choose the online appointment then if the recognition is slow. Please make it more faster, thank you

I've encountered issues with the identity verification process. My phone has a good camera and is functioning correctly, so I don't understand why the photo always has an issue and I can't proceed further each day. It seems the problem is on your end. Could you please look into this, thank you!
