The user interface of this app needs a lot of improvements. But personally I don't like the idea of online shopping. I had to purchase a mobile, but it was not available in offline market so I order it online from this app. but now the problem is that the headphone jack of that mobile is not working.. If I would purchase it offline, then I could check it before giving my money. but now nothing can be done

Prices are higher than actual. only when they launch some item on samaan.pk they give discount for short time to some people. after that the prices on samaan.pk will be higher than the official website of that item.

Worst experience ever. Delayed an order over a week and still waiting for delivery. Every time I ask about my order they say today it'll be despatched and will be delivered after 2 days and they are doing the same since a week. Worst online shopping portal ever experienced.
