The Application is designed to take inventory of waste collection points and and managing them. It operates on-line and allows for adding new waste collection points, new waste bins and assigning 1R/RFID codes to them.

I just purchased this product today. I haven't tried to use the app yet, mainly because I can't see the point of having an app for a devicea and I dislike clutter on my phone. However, after reading all the reviews I feel obligated to point out that the warranty card DOES NOT say you need this app in order for you warranty to be valid. It does say you need the QR code that comes with the device, but they just stuck the "download the app" statement on that card, presumably to get max downloads

everyone who reads this please not before you download i was fooled into downloading it dont use the app right below it if you have an android your gonna have to go the website first then click on the ivps tour link from there its gonna show you the app click on the Google play app image forget if it says risk to phone or anything because the app only shows up for iPhone users not android your gonna wanna download the pdf file from there go to your download from the three little dots and you can

It wants to track your location it will not allow you to log in it is not allowing you to register for the warranty service that the card comes with the product so therefore this is a joke. I would really like for someone from the manufacturer of this product to contact me and explain to me how I am supposed to have a warranty per this warranty card and get me covered because if my device breaks down you're going to need to figure out how to replace that on the freebie
