It facilitates communication between the service staff and the kitchen facilities. It allows for continuous preview and control of production processes. Provides real-time display of orders, changes to orders and additional information.
The settings panel allows to adjust the view of displayed orders according to the needs of the local S4H KDS allows the kitchen staff to start preparing orders as soon as they are placed, and the grouping list improves resource management. With an always-up-to-date order view, the kitchen can prioritize and ensure that orders are prepared on time. S4H KDS allows to configure color-coded alerts that show employees whether orders are being processed on an ongoing basis or whether some of them are delayed. New orders can be assigned an audio alert.
