About this app
The Progress GPS mobile application is an additional free element of the Progress System used to monitor the location and parameters of vehicles, analyze the work of drivers and the location of mobile devices. The mobile application can be an additional source of information on:
- ongoing monitoring of the location and parameters of vehicles
- ongoing monitoring of the location of mobile devices
- preview of drivers' working time by the tachograph
- detailed analysis of traveled routes of vehicles and mobile devices in the form of an animation on a map in the "Route Animation" report.
- detailed analysis of the traveled routes of vehicles and mobile devices, in tabular form in the "Operation" report - other activities consistent with their duties and tasks supported within the Seris System.
1. The Progress GPS mobile application is installed on mobile devices with Android system (version 5.0 or higher), in particular on smartphones and tablets. For proper operation, it requires an efficient and active Internet access module (cellular data or WiFi). Some functionalities of the application also require the mobile device to have rotational sensors or a compass in order to navigate directionally to the selected point.
2. In order to use the mobile application, the User must have an active account in the Progress system with the rights to use the Progress GPS mobile application, and the application is launched, taking into account the technical requirements described above, by generating a login and password in the Progress system and using these data when logging into the Progress GPS mobile application.
3. Using the mobile application does not require providing any personal data. Possible processing of personal data may only take place for the purpose of performing the contract and concern only the data of the Progress system Users, i.e. employees and drivers (provided that these data are personal data) and is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council / 679 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR"). The owner provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
4. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not install the application or uninstall it. Permanently removing the application from the mobile device is tantamount to terminating the use of the application.
