Today 29-12-23 at 20:02 pm I deposited money into my savings and till now there is no update as to where the money has gone to and my mobile money account has been debited. The app is too slow to respond. I will appreciate if this is rectified and my money refunded thanks.

Please Cameroonians y'all be careful with this App and Platform. They have no plans to grow, it's just a scheme to take money from the poor. You can withdraw anytime you want to withdraw but they are always open to accept deposits. I wish I could give zero star, terrible platform 😡

7 days ago....I credited my wallet with the sum of 9000FCFA in other for me to use it and create a virtual visa card on the platform. Till today 5/02/24, have have not seen the money in my wallet, meanwhile my Mobile money account has been debited. I have tried to contact customer support until I am tired. Please customer support I need a refund, this isn't funny.
