After reviewing your message, you will receive a response from a department employee, which will indicate the time frame and a way to fix the problem.
Assessment of works
Evaluate the quality of the work performed upon the expiration of the deadline indicated by the employee of the department in the response. If you are not happy with the results of the work, file an appeal (re-report).
