I don't usually do reviews, but I am leaving this here so that hopefully the app developers will see it and rectify the issue. With the latest update, drivers (at least those who can read a map) can no longer navigate to the pickup location of an incoming request. You used to be able to navigate the map in the background before you accept or reject a ride. I won't go into details as to how important this feature is. But now, the map is frozen. I messaged support and they couldn't help me.

The service and process for applying to this app as a driver is poor. I had to upload my documents several times in the first two months. Then waited 4 months for them with no response. Then i had to message them. For them to tell me to re-upload the same documents again. Their support staff is absolute nonsense. I honestly had to become very aggressive for them to take me seriously. And their excuse is they have a lot of applications. It took 6 months for me to give up.

Excellent app. Few points for improvement: 1. A delayed response to accept a ride (several riders have complained in the last week of cancelled rides after accepting) 2. Allowing passengers to prebook rides in app. 3. Cancellation fee on rider, especially if you've confirmed the ride and on the way. Eg. 5 mins after ride is booked.
