Can't even register, I have been trying for more than a week now and it keep saying "Internal server error". And don't reply with please contact bla bla bla... either you fix the error or reply directly with the solution. Update: now whenever I try to sign-in the app crash, and can't apply for a maintenance request. Update: New contract is not showing when I log in, and when I try to sign up new one app crash.

there is no option to cancel a request. when checking with customer service they also don't help.

useless app. there was no proper water supply for many days. tried to contact ezdan maintenance everyway possible but no reaction. no one answers. infound a number in google and called it. i explained him the issue and he was telling he don''t handle maintenance issues. iasked him shoud we hold toilet needs he replayed "yes if u can". i asked for any other emergency but said no more. app sending an OTP with no letter include but asking for letter from alphabet to register in the application. 👎
