Pretty good. Developer contact for shipping and handling was not great, but I can't judge since English is not the native tongue in this case!! Pretty great app, however an expensive-expensive thing to be a part of. After receiving the mask I had been put under the impression that new faces and features would be added at least semi-regularly; this is not the case. The available faces on the app prove to be some entertaining faces, however these faces can grow stale quickly. Overall satisfied! *3

The app works wonderfully!! They fixed all the issues I was having, and it totally breathes new life into the mask that I got really proficient in manually swapping. Thank you so much, Qudi team! Sorry it took so long to update, didn't see the notification in the play store that you responded about the changes until now.

my mask was working just fine, but out of nowhere, the mask froze, and when I turned it off and back on, it won't light up. and when I try using the app, not only will it not connect, but it acts like the mask isn't on when with a full battery
