My recycling was missed this past week. If it has happened to you, you know it can be frustrating. I was able to file a missed pickup report on the app. The city called me at 8:30 the next morning and sent a truck to my house 30 minutes later. I had been extremely frustrated by this, but the city made it right and fixed it quickly. It was an extremely easy process and I recommend all Greensboro residents download the app.

Actually something I use that's helpful from the City of Greensboro, NC! I'll be sitting in my living room basically in a coma and my phone will go " ping! " And I'll jump up and run outside to take my garbage, recycling and NOW the brand new city yard waste collection cans ALL to the street in time for the appropriate collection time in the morning 🌄🌞! Marvelous! Hey, hey, hey! Thank you City of Greensboro! Much love ❤️😘!

Keeps me on track with the trash/recycle/yard waste pick ups. Very simple and easy to use. No crashes or weirdness. Super straightforward.
