The REPfirst App was designed by MarketSource to optimize its workforce. REPfirst is used to engage employees, organize, and motivate the workforce through an immersive, connected experience!

Ratings and reviews

The original rep first app was already not fantastic but ok, now they've taken the good things from rep first and made it more complicated and less user friendly. Some improvement has been made. Still room for improvement as still copy and paste is not as easy as it should be. The delete option was removed. The app crashes and takes ages to open. To the point I'm late for work waiting to punch in. My reps have had to uninstall and reinstall to get the app to load.

Where do I begin? App takes forever to load up my schedule. the training, timekeeping, and schedule tabs all shift around on the screen. Chat does not load. Constant crashes, my phone recommended putting the app to sleep for the health of my device. As of yesterday my app has changed languages. Repfirst (orginal) worked so much better and I wish i could go back to using that!

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app almost every work day. I'm "late" because the app will refuse to open or crash in the middle of opening the schedule. The training, schedule, and time card buttons shift constantly. The fact that it's called Repfirst 2 implies that there was a first and I'm wondering how bad that app was to make this one 😅
