Install the MyENGIE mobile app and have 24/7 access to all your important ENGIE customer information, but also to all the functionalities created especially for you. Simple, in one place, always with you, wherever you are. You just need to create your account with your name, email and password, and then you only log in with your chosen email/phone number and password. Don't forget to add your consumer address or addresses to the account. And if you care about more than one, choose a name and a symbol for each one so that you can quickly find the information you need.

- You pay bills more easily, faster. > You can pay all your energy bills at the same time – whether natural gas or electricity, from any of your consumption addresses. At the end you can save your card data, and you won't need to fill them in the next payment. Moreover, you can save up to three bank cards. Simple and safe.

- Schedule the technical services on time. > It is important to ensure that you schedule periodic technical check and overhaul services on time. Now you can do it quickly, and from the mobile app. You choose the technical service, check the available intervals and save the schedule. And that's it! Quickly, from wherever you are.

- Stream the index directly from the app. > You can transmit the auto-read index monthly and pay exactly what you consume each month. You can only do this during the streaming period, and you can record it either by filling it in or by scanning the meter with your mobile device's camera.

The application looks good but does not function properly. I've changed my phone number, got the confirmation mail, the old number still displayed. Requested a technical service, no update in the app, status remains the same, no confirmation with the result of the service. Really poor experience using this app and the overall Engie services.

app works ok no. before there were bugs and limitations: 1. the card number input: it only works without whitespace even though help note says "enter as printed on the card" 2. does not have an option to save credit card details 3. it allows entering an index lower than previous one. That makes me a producer not a consumer. Really? 😃 And yes, I am running latest Android and latest version of the app.

It's a good app that has all your relevant data and options related to gas and energy. Hasn't crashed on me so far and works great. Once it forgot my login info and I could not login but it was something related to Engie's own user database or database software.

Cu noua funcționalitate de partajare a contului, poți împărtăși informațiile unuia sau mai multor locuri de consum cu alte persoane, astfel încât gestionarea facturilor și a datelor despre consumul de energie să fie mai ușoară. De exemplu, dacă ai un chiriaș sau vrei să împărtășești detaliile unui loc de consum cu un membru al familiei, acum poți face asta simplu și ușor. Aceștia vor putea vedea facturile, face plățile și transmite indexul pentru o anumită adresă de consum.
