Ratings and reviews

Terrible UI from a user perspective. Bbarded by a never ending storm of popups. Removing *gifts* (products addes to your cart without consent!!) is made extremely difficult as well. If you want to use this service, use a browser with an adblocker and a popup blocker. Edit: You have a listed support email, I will use that thank you. Did you really think that replying to my review by asking me to give you free social media engagement is a good look? I admire the gall...

Great app from a technical standpoint, but when they missed a delivery late at night, after delaying it for hours, and lied about not being able to contact me, customer support refused to try to be accommodating, like retrying the delivery early the next day. Shame on the delivery person and shame on customer support.

Best app I know for online grocery shopping. There's a huge variety of products which are always fresh and everything is (almost) perfectly organized. The only issue I found was with some "vegan" products that actually had milk and/or eggs in them, I trusted the app without checking the ingredients and that was a mistake. The ingredients are written correcly, but the marks (like the blue 'v' which stands for vegan) the app puts are not always trustworthy. Please work on that guys :)
