The app needs improvements. The validation of the account, after you do all the steps, is not 24-72 hours(maybe if you are lucky, so it's not a standard), my account after over 7 days it is still not activated... The app should have an automatic verification process. It is not that hard.

Extreme slow processing time, not even close to the promised 72hr 😭 Not sure how much more I need to wait for such a simple thing that others can complete in minutes using AI, or a videochat (in the worst case)

More than a week since I submitted my personal details and the application is still in pending status, even though it states that maximum waiting time is 72 hours. Also submitted 2 feedback tickets through the in-app form with no response yet. UPDATE: Account got activated today
