This app has damn near become the bane of my work existence... I've seriously considered getting another job, just so I no longer have to deal with this app! Sad thing is, it wasn't always like this. Once upon a time, I didn't have to contact my dispatch several times a shift to load and/or complete the trips that Route Genie can't be bothered to do. The newest wrinkle when signing in is, 90% of the time, it no longer asks for mileage. It won't ask for that until 10 miles or more into the trip!

Hello Hafiz,
Most of the settings you see are set up based on the company preferences. Company have the ability to control restrictions that are applied to the drivers. So if you have any concerns I would recommend to contact your company to talk about them and if you need any help more than welcome contact our support at help@routegenie.com
