The application allows you to make a purchase without specifying a phone number. When trying to pick up the goods at the parcel machine, it requires a phone number. Editing the profile in the application does not work. How to pick up the parcel???

The app itself is fine, it works. The service is abysmally poor. They have tried to copy Amazon but they are worse than AliExpress. With AliExpress you only don't receive 2/10 packages. With Ananas that's more like 4/10. Oh, and their "support" is really unsupportive. Avoid this app and this service.
