Almost every Turkish dish on our menu is a classic of Turkish cuisine and has an old recipe. Many dishes are cooked in an oven or on an open fire without the addition of oil and fat.

The best Turkish chefs prepare doners at each of our branches from two types of meat marinated according to the author's recipe at the Istanbul kebab factory: chicken and beef.

All the ingredients for our dishes are produced in our own factory - kitchen: different types of Turkish bread are baked daily and delivered to the branches every morning, along with marinated doner meat and delicious baklava of several types with walnuts and pistachios of the highest quality. All sauces are also produced entirely in our factory kitchen.
