About this app

"MySirius" is a platform for joint management of the federal territory "Sirius" with functions for up-to-date information on various events and news. The portal is created and developed according to the standards of the departmental project of the Ministry of Construction "Smart City".

The following modules are available to all residents:

Repair work
Find outages of electricity, heating, cold and hot water. The application always has up-to-date information on repair work for the entire federal territory "Sirius". Subscribe to the addresses you are interested in and receive sound notifications with information on planned and emergency shutdowns in your home.

My messages
Send messages in accordance with the available types of problems. Your request is automatically sent to the right organization. You can monitor the progress of the work, follow the status change according to your message. If you have any clarifying questions, a chat is provided between the user (resident) and the dispatcher of the organization responsible for eliminating this problem. Upon completion of the work, you can evaluate the quality of the service provided or reject the decision if you are not satisfied with the decision made by the contractor.

Alerts and news
Receive alerts about important events in the federal territory "Sirius": a poster with a holiday schedule, messages about road repairs and bypass routes, storm warnings from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and much more.

Digital twin
This section will help you find out information about all objects in the federal territory "Sirius". You will be able to find out which kindergartens, schools, clinics, district doctors and doctors are linked to your home. You will be able to get information about current sports sections and their schedules.
