With our app, you get full access to modern technologies of a smart residential complex and smart apartment. Here's what you can do:
• Interact with the management company: transmit meter readings, pay bills, submit requests for repairs or improvements.
• Manage access to the residential complex: view images from CCTV cameras, receive calls from the intercom, open doors and gates, order guest passes.
• Set up a smart home: connect smart devices, attach them to rooms, set up personal scenarios.
• Communicate and learn the news. In the "More" section, you can communicate with neighbors and the management company, learn the latest news and take surveys.

▪ Добавили сервисы и виджеты «Об объекте» и «Ход строительства» — теперь можно пользоваться приложением уже на этапе строительства дома;
