About this app

The “Mobile Observer” application was created to improve the quality of work of observers at polling stations and speed up the process of obtaining information about the voting process, its analysis and generalization.

The application allows you to:
• find out news about election observation;
• mark observation control points at the PEC;
• report an event;
• send a photo of a copy of the protocol on voting results;
• send an appeal on organizational and other issues;
• find answers to frequently asked questions in the help section;
• read the observer's memo.

Using the application, an observer can mark his presence at the polling station, record the opening and closing times of the site, and also report events that need to be checked for signs of violations and emergency situations. The application provides access to methodological materials for the observer and a reference section with answers to basic questions.
