I did not find customer service.

Попытка получить чек с QR-кодом от поездки вот уже двое суток бесплодна. Телефон поддержки — только робот, который безапелляционно предлагает оставить сообщение. Шесть девяток при попытке позвонить по межгороду сбрасывают.

Водители этого такси позволяют себе орать, материться и курить в салоне. Таких водителей не переучивают и не отстраняют - у сервиса просто нет такой мотивации. Не советую категорически.
