when I am logging in it says logout from all appliancations even though I logged out or closed browsers

Customer service just put you on hold then hang up. Honestly, they try hard but their system seems too complicated for hospitals and pharmacies to deal with. Absolutely terrible experience nine times out of ten. Lol. Months later and no difference. They've got time wasting down to an art form.

- You need to add more options to control the account. - Also need to make it much easy to have permanent login to the account, because every time i have to enter my ID# and mobile# and get verification code, so make it permanent login.
