I recently had the pleasure of trying GetLook home service and I must say I am thoroughly impressed! The beautician was punctual , well prepared and incredibly professional. She brought all the necessary equipment and made sure everything was hygienic and comfortable. The quality of the service from the facial to the manicure and pedicure was excellent, if not better than in the salon . I also appreciated how she paid attention to detail and made sure I was happy with everything along the way.

I recently received a call through out to your customer care team and was extremely disappointed with the communication I received. The representative I spoke with seemed unprepared and lacked the basic knowledge required to address my concerns. Despite explaining my issue multiple times, I did not receive any helpful solutions or clear answers. Last but not the least the communication was both unprofessional and frustrating!!! REALLY Pathetic!!!!
