Book and unlock the vehicles in your bike pool or mobility pool with the app or by text message.
GoRide's booking system is designed for those who want to create your own bicycle pool or vehicle pool. The app handles different locking solutions for all different types of vehicles.
The software is easy to operate while having advanced features that facilitate use and operation.
As a user you get:
-Weather forecast directly when booking, and when the bike is picked up.
-Information about known errors for the vehicle directly in the app.
-Easy error reporting with assistance (availability varies by pool).
-Automatic rebooking to functioning vehicle if your booked vehicle is reported incorrectly.
-Navigation help that shows travel times and route choices for various vehicle options including local traffic.
In addition, there are a number of functions that are not normally visible but are activated when needed. For example, users are given the opportunity to call the next / previous booking upon delay.
As an administrator you can:
-Create groups of vehicles of different types or with different types of users.
-Choose how maintenance is to be done and let responsible mechanics get error reports right away.
-Get control on maintenance costs and wear with automatic fault reports and tracking of fault causes.
-Get statistics on usage.
