myMMXtc PROCOM enables deaf people to communicate with hearing people using text, video and audio. The app offers a lot of new possibilities like direct calls to hearing people or leaving messages to a media mail box. The calls are directed to a PROCOM call center and there text or video agents would translate the conversation either in sign language or in text. The services are operated in all 3 country languages, German, French and Italian. Mobile applications can run on wifi or on 4G networks.
