What would happen if all kindness suddenly disappeared? You can experience this in this nasty and exciting sound walk which is based on John Ajvide Lindqvist's novel Vänligheten. The action takes place in Norrtälje, and you need to be there to take part in the content.
For just over an hour, you get to experience parts of the novel, in the places where the book takes place. The narrator is Vinden - played by Ia Langhammer. Sounded scenes are interspersed with excerpts from the book that John Ajvide Lindqvist himself reads. And of course you also get to enjoy Håkan Hellström's music which plays an important role in the novel.
The hike is just over an hour long. It starts outside Norrtälje City Library and ends in the middle of town on Tullportsgatan.
The app is published by the libraries in Norrtälje municipality during Norrtälje's 400th anniversary, in collaboration with Ordfront publishing house. More information is available at norrtalje.se.
