App refuses to open. Changing payment methods only available in app. Does Great Eastern want me to miss my payments.

Since last week I'm unable to log in to the app. The OTP isn't coming in. Tried so many times and it's the same issue. Check with the OTP providers if they're doing their job.

Terrible app. I haven't been able to login for 4 months now. Customer service personnel Esther has been very nice to follow up with me but I'm losing patience with the IT people. They asked so many questions but yet they are still unable to solve this login issue. Totally frustrating!
