I can't open any channels at all. It doesn't matter if it's through 5G, Wi-Fi, Three, O2. With the VPN switched on, or off, I cleaned the cache and reinstalled the app multiple times, and also tried on a different phone and on a tablet. It doesn't work properly. Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G, Android 14, UI 6.1.1.

As a Slovak student living in the UK, I used this service for the last 18 months with no issues - the app and my IPTV set-top box were working flawlessly. Now, the app stopped working altogether even though I have around 3 months left on my subscription.
