Ratings and reviews

Horrible app, payments are not showing straight away as on previous app, so you can't really check what and how much you paid or if it went properly. Can only see that money went but you will see it week later when it will be all mixed up. money are moving up and down without sense. Entering pin when you want to move or send money you have to do it a few times as it's not taking all numbers. Honestly thinking to move to other bank, as this is impossible to use. Disaster app

I do not really like the new app, it's less intuitive and I do not have that quick overview of my balance on all accounts I had in the old one. When I switch between app and some other apps (browser for ex.) it always go into some loading and it takes solid 10 seconds to finish loading, at least for me personally, and I find that frustrating. Also, I do not know why to ask for location right at the begining, make it pop up when you actually need it so it makes sense.

Total disaster compared to the previous application. 3 examples: 1. to get to meaningful filtering of past payments is almost impossible 2. to do a payment from a template, you have to go to a very well hidden menu in the details of the template (if you do it from the main menu, application doesn't prefill the amount) 3. once you do such payment, app throws you back to the main screen and the search for the hidden menu begins again I have got more examples, but who cares, right?
