All the information in a single App
Softland customers will be able to access, from their smartphone, some of the ERP or HCM functionalities. To use this App, the client must have contracted the latest versions of Softland ERP and Softland HCM in the related modules.
From the App you can access the Alerts, Price List and Approvals modules of Softland ERP, as well as Softland HCM People Management.
In the "Price List" module you can check the prices of the items, photos, product descriptions, current price, validity of the price, quantity available in stock, etc. In addition, the app has a search engine to filter products according to the search keyword.
For the functionality of "Alerts", you can configure the notifications that they consider relevant to have within the reach of a click. From this, the leaders of the organizations will be able to be notified of important aspects in the administration of their business. Such as: past due documents of accounts receivable, overdrawn bank accounts, overdue invoices, payroll approval, among others.
The software also allows you to establish which alerts should reach the app and who should reach them, according to the chain of permits in the company and will allow you to view them according to their level of importance (criticality) and date.
Additionally, the functionalities of "Approvals" will be incorporated, so that the user can approve requests and purchase orders.
In Softland HCM you will have “People Management”, a collaborative self-service portal that brings together all the roles of your company through a web platform in which the company, employees and managers interact. Manage all your staff and administrative processes from an employee master. The tool allows the management of internal communication, performance evaluations, approval of requests and tasks for each person. Also the creation of digital files, registration and traceability of requests. Each employee will be able to view their job history, salary, payment vouchers and record the hours worked, among others.
