What is it with the fu... updates? In the time since its release I have had so many problems with this app. It gets fixed and then you add a new one. After your most recent update, when I hit the little sandwich for the additional menu items, all I get is a blank screen with the header. I can't see the menu items. I can click them and it responds if I hit one but I can't see them it's a blank screen. PS- HAPPY TO SEND YOU A SCREENSHOT. PSS STILL SCREWED UP

('22) Wow this is mediocre, and even bad. I can't submit feedback in the app because it claims I'm using illegal characters, but am not. It shows non functional buttons in home screen. And it shows a big empty area there too. Not Trustworthy. ('14) Wow this is a nice, easy to use, useful, not buggy, clean looking, feature rich app. I'm used to banks and other institutions having apps that are piles of unhappiness. But the Star One app is an example of how the rest should be. Congrats.

I get it - this isn't a national bank with huge resources to spend on an app - but I would rather have an app that works well and looks dated (pre-redesign) than what I'm working with now. Biggest issues: Authentication flow is terrible. I setup my fingerprint, and it'll work for a few days, and then forget and need the password again. And it doesn't work with LastPass at all! Would love to get real time notifications for purchases. Many features are hard on mobile (cash back, view statement)
