Two apps on one: video wallpaper, for example musec video clip wallpaper, and animated GIF wallpaper (this is image format with animation)

Features for GIF wallpeper:
* Select a GIF file.
* Set frame per seconds from 1 to 20.
* Stretch an image, fit to center or use source size.
* Decrease speed of animation by 1/2.
* Select background color.

Features for video wallpaper:
* Supported standard video file formats: 3gp, mkv, mp4, ts, webm;
* Set sound volume from mute to 100%;
* Stretch video or scale video to fit the screen;
* Double tap to stop and play video. So you can set any frame as wallpaper.

Ratings and reviews

Useful and easy to use. It does have a lot of ads, but it does the job and it's not too complicated to figure out. A solid 4/5 stars.

It's a good app, but it doesn't let you apply the gif to your lockscreen. If you make it to where you can apply to lockscreen, i'll give you five stars.
