App has improved significantly but I still get regular times where the sync ev servers being offline stop me from charging the car.

I have had my sync EV charger and app for around 3 months. No issues that were not fixed after contacting support who were very helpful and resolved very quickly. Thank you. As for the sync ev app. I would like to see the following enhancements. would it be possible to enhance the graph on the 'X' axis more detailed timeframes ie an interval every 3 or 6 hours? Also, the ability to extract and print or csv file charging timeframes dates and times so they can be matched against energy bills.

Pretty poor experience with the app and the charger so far. Have ended up leaving it as 'always on' and letting the car manage the scheduling. Very difficult to work out the timing of a charge though as the charger starts at 32a and ends up at 24a charging after a period of charging. Support are none existent, haven't answered my email and haven't managed to get through to them on the phone. Edit: support did eventually start replying to my emails and even phoned me. Still same issues though.
